Damn It ACTA!!!

Seems i'm pulling off what 
did a few weeks ago with SOPA....except now it's not just seemingly companies from one country.
But all around the world.
Today, coutries from the EU are going to sign ACTA to allow their largest companies the means to see that they have the top say in what is copyright infringing, not just from software, but to crops, materials and MEDICINE!?!?!?!.....fricking Evil Geniuses they are. I'll give them that!

And i have one more video link to share with you all...before it's probably taken down to silence any opposition to this legislation.

And the most scary thing (that he does point out frequently). That british student that hosted a certain file sharing site to copyright infringing material.
He's being extradited, To the US to face the courts and possibly even go to Jail for several years.....Even though ONE! What he did wasn't a crime here in the UK!
And TWO! The means to "Pirate" whatever material that was, was GIVEN to him and other internet users by such companies like CBS, ESPN, other US companies that allowed and posted sites like MegaUpload, FileSonic, and programs like BitTorrent!?!
......Maybe i'm drinking from Mozarts kool-aid here but im seriously bugged that this Extradition from UK to US is being allowed on such charges.
I seriously urge any readers to watch the vid and consider what he has to say.

Well for the time being this journal will have to do. (as it's also an apology to Yin from skype who pointed this out to me last week
and i was skeptical at first, but now i know the truth, sorry yin).
Now. What is ACTA you say. Well

but from what i could gather it's (it being Anti-counterfieting-Trade-Agreement).
It's similar to SOPA and PIPA in it's goals (though this one claims to tackle also pirated material goods like clothes, tools, medicine, etc). But it also has the right to destroy any pirated goods, that are in the hands of ordinary civilians.
By this law, they could take someones computer, and search and destroy any pirated software or files on it!?
Now i think you should take a look at this link aswell --> www.ip-watch.org/2011/05/10/ac… as it shows that the govts who have been offered this legislation saw, realised and Reacted to how Vague and poorly defined the laws were.

Little Red Riding Hood/Little Red Cap
A beautiful young girl leaves her mother's home in the village to visit her sickly grandmother who lives in a house on the other side of a forest. Her mother insists that she doesn't need to go but she does regardless. As she enters the forest, a wolf spots her and follows her along the trail to her grandmothers. At one point he stops Riding Hood and asks her where she's going. Riding hood, naive to the wolf's sneaky demeanour tells him that she's going to her grandmothers on the other side of the forest to give her a basket of food. The wolf suggests that she pick some flowers on her way as a friendly gesture (not reallising the intention to let the wolf beat her to her grandmother's house). She takes it to heart and the wolf disapears as she picks up some flowers nearby. The wolf finds her grandmother's house on the otherside and knocks. Once the grandmother opens the door, expecting her granddaughter, the wolf hastily knocks her back and swallows her in one gulp (knocks her out and hides her in the closet). He then finds a spare nighty of hers and sneaks into her bed. Little red riding hood then knocks on the door and the wolf beckons her in, the girl not recognising the wolf in her grandmother's clothes as he hides his features under a bed cap.
Little red riding greets the disguised wolf and him in turn. She then notices something off about her grandmother and asks why she's got such big ears. The wolf replies the better to hear her with. She then asks why she's got such a big nose, and the wolf again replies the better to smell her with. And finally Riding hood asks why she's got such a big mouth, and the wolf finally replies "All the better to Eat you With!" and he then gobbles her up too. (A woods man spying on the events unfolding from the wolf meeting her in the forest, to him sneaking off to her grandmothers to eat her up, then jumps through the door and knocks the wolf out. He then slits open his stomach to save the girl and her grandmother. They thank the woodsman, and the wolf is brought outside, his stomach filled with stones, and is thrown into a river).
